Water Based Wet Lamination Adhesive Supplier

APPLICATION:

Ideal for the lamination of plastic films such as clear PET, clear BOPP, and MPET to printed paper, silver/gold cardboard, paperboard, and duplex board.

This adhesive can be applied using standard roller/anilox roller/rubber rollers applicators or automatic/semiautomatic machines.

OPERATING PARAMETERS:

- Speed: 50-60 sheets per minute

- BOPP corona treated above 38 Dyne

- PET corona treated above 42 Dyne

Suitable for lamination of PET, BOPP, and METPET films. Often utilized in the manufacturing of catalogs, prospectus materials, brochures, placards, labels, Books, paper carry bags, visiting cards, food trays, paper boxes, and packaging cartons.
